Annual Fund Campaign: A Guide for Giving

Why is the Grace Annual Fund Campaign important for our students?

The Annual Fund Campaign provides funding for the future growth of Grace Academy. As with most private schools, tuition income does not cover all of our operating expenses. If it did, there would only be an elite few who could afford to continue their child's education with us. The Annual Fund Campaign is a coordinated effort between Grace families, faculty, staff, administration and friends to meet the challenge of raising this revenue. Your participation is an investment in the values, beliefs and future of Grace Academy. More important than the amount of your gifts is the heart of your gift. Our goal is to have 100% participation from our families, faculty, and staff!

Important facts about the Campaign

• Gifts are tax-deductible to the full extent allowable by law
• Other gift options include real estate, life insurance, stocks, bonds, mutual funds and gifts from your business. Check with your employer's Human Resource Department for details about a possible match program.
• Pledges are also accepted! If you wish, they can be payable in regular installments.

How is the Annual Fund Campaign money used?

Your contribution and support are an investment in our commitment to excellence at Grace Academy. We are committed to good stewardship of the blessings God provides to our school through your generosity.

Campaign dollars will be used for important needs such as attracting and retaining quality teachers, updating technology and school curriculum, funding scholarships for students who may not be able to afford Christian education, as well as for renovation and growth. Likewise, our needs continue to grow in ways that rely on the generous support of our Grace Academy families and community. For example, competetive benefits packages will guard Grace against frequent teacher turnover. Classroom technology integration relies on regular equipment and curriculum updates, an eseential piece of the educational puzzle.
