Dates: June 7 – August 6

Cost: $150 per week, $125 per week if signing up for 6-9 weeks

Camp Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Age: 4-10 (4-year-olds must be potty-trained)

Lunches are not provided. Please pack your child(ren) a lunch daily.

, understand that I am responsible for the summer camp charges of the child listed above, and for the weeks I have checked that I wish to have the child in care. The dates checked will be paid for even if the child is absent for some reason. I also understand that I will be responsible for paying any overtime charges, services charges, or additional weeks purchased as they might occur. If my payment is late, Grace Academy reserves the right to deny my child admittance into the Summer Camp program until payment is made. If the child is not in attendance for 10 consecutive scheduled days, my contract will be terminated and payment in full for Summer Camp charges will be due at that time. Should I withdraw my child, I will need to pay for all weeks checked on this form to be in Summer Camp at Grace Academy. I further understand that Grace Academy will not be responsible for lost or stolen items brought to summer camp for or by my child.

1) There will be a $15.00 non-refundable registration fee per child, due with their registration form. Forms must be submitted to the front office by May 14, 2010.

2) Parents must decide what weeks your child will need to be in care and mark the weeks your child will be present. Those weeks will become your child’s permanent summer camp position. If your child is not present on a day/week that was checked his/hers, you will still need to pay for that day/week. Once registered, no substitutions of weeks will be allowed. If you need to withdraw your child from summer camp, you will still need to pay for the time you scheduled. We hire staff and pay them based on the number of students enrolled, and therefore cannot offer a refund for withdraws. 3) Parents must pay Summer Camp charges in advance of the month or on Monday of each week. If payment is late, we reserve the right to deny admittance to the program until payment is made. If more than one unscheduled week needs to be purchased in one month, then payment arrangements must be made with the finance office prior to the addition of those weeks. If the child is not in attendance for ten consecutive scheduled days and no written notice has been given to the teacher, your contract will be terminated and payment in full will be due at that time. Payments not made for these fees within 15 days will be sent to our attorney for collection.

4) If any student is picked up after 5:30 p.m., the late fee will be $5.00 for the first ten minutes late for individual children. For families, a $7.50 charge for the first ten minutes late will be added. After the first 10 minutes, the late pickup charge is $1.00 per minute, per child.

Grace Academy has become an affiliate of Renewanation.  This opportunity has opened new, amazing avenues for our school.  Briefly Renewanation’s vision is to offer a high quality, tuition-free Christian education to every child whose parents choose this alternative to secular education.  Our banquet on April 29 was a wonderful success.  Thank you to those who made a special effort in making it a success (especially Mrs. Carol Barger).  The evening consisted of good food, great speakers, beautiful music and a special presentation from some of our 2nd and 4th grade students.  One of the exciting benefits we learned about that night was that graduates of  Renewanation schools may receive $1,000 per semester from Liberty University upon enrollment  for a total of $8,000.  Any questions, contact the Leadership Team at Grace Academy (301) 733-2033 or Renewanation at (540) 982-1223.
